We work hard to create each of them, from the design sphere to packaging and shipping to the customer. Material
American walnut is found only in the Midwest and Northeast and Southeast of Canada. Popularly known throughout the world as American walnut or black walnut. American walnut wood, due to its decorative drawing and noble dark color, is used primarily for interior elements such as furniture, parquet or wall cladding. This wood also finds specific application, for example in the manufacture of tools, or in the production of grips or decorative buttons. For its characteristic color, interesting drawing and excellent parameters, American walnut is an extremely valued type of useful wood.
Creating each of our wooden headphone stands comes with a complex and time-consuming manufacturing process. We attach great importance to every aspect of our stands, even the smallest. A significant part of the now slowly unprecedented production is realized by hand. Sanding, polishing and precise oiling of wood is the result of the hard work of our hands.
Steel bracket
Our headphone holder is made of the highest quality steel with a thickness of 2mm. All steel elements are laser cut, then we give them their final shape using a special bender. The height of the handle bent by us is 295 mm from the bottom of the wooden base of the stand. The whole is powder-coated by us in color - black structural matte. We do not buy semi-finished products, we make all steel elements ourselves, which guarantees quality.
We make sure that all our wooden headphone stands are unique. We make them from carefully selected wood, which we source in Europe and look for in the most remote corners of the world. Wooden headphone stands are not only wooden, the whole product also includes a design handle made of bent steel dyed black, as well as elegant cork pads that protect the surface on which the stand stands from scratches and provide the necessary stability of the entire structure.
