Material
Oak (Quercus L.) is a species of tree or, less commonly, tall shrub in the beech family (Fagaceae Dumort). It includes about 200 species occurring mainly in the temperate zone of the northern hemisphere (including Poland) and in high regions of the tropical zone. Oak trees are famous for their large size, they are the thickest Polish trees, and their diameter can exceed 3 meters with a height of up to 25-35 meters. Oak wood is quite heavy and hard, due to which it is widely used in construction joinery and furniture. It is highly resistant to abrasion. Oak wood is yellow-brown in color, has a clearly marked structure, with bumps characteristic of oak.
Creating each of our wooden headphone stands comes with a complex and time-consuming manufacturing process. We attach great importance to every aspect of our stands, even the smallest. A significant part of the now slowly unprecedented production is realized by hand. Sanding, polishing and precise oiling of wood is the result of the hard work of our hands.
Steel bracket
Our headphone holder is made of the highest quality steel with a thickness of 2mm. All steel elements are laser cut, then we give them their final shape using a special bender. The height of the handle bent by us is 295 mm from the bottom of the wooden base of the stand. The whole is powder-coated by us in color - black structural matte. We do not buy semi-finished products, we make all steel elements ourselves, which guarantees quality.
We make sure that all our wooden headphone stands are unique. We make them from carefully selected wood, which we source in Europe and look for in the most remote corners of the world. Wooden headphone stands are not only wooden, the whole product also includes a design handle made of bent steel dyed black, as well as elegant cork pads that protect the surface on which the stand stands from scratches and provide the necessary stability of the entire structure.
