Returns

If one of our products does not suit you, you can return it within the statutory period of 14 days from receipt.

The procedure is as follows

  1. fill in the Form for withdrawal from the purchase contract and attach it to the package with the goods
  2. wait for the parcel to arrive
  3. after delivery and follow-up, we will contact you
  4. if everything is in order, we will refund your money within the legal period

In order to make it as easy as possible for you to return goods, we have introduced cooperation with Zásielkovňa:

  1. Please carefully pack the goods you wish to return with this form in a box and take it to any Consignment shop.
    You can find a list of cities here: www.zasilkovna.cz/pobocky
  2. You just hand over the package to the staff and tell them our 96269280 ID, they will take care of everything else.
    We charge €3 for this service (the refunded amount will be reduced by this amount).
  3. if you do not agree with our transport, you can send the package in any other way convenient for you.

After receiving your shipment, we will contact you by e-mail within a few working days and send you money for the returned goods within the statutory period.
